Eisenhower Society Speaker’s Bureau:  PowerPoint programs on Eisenhower and the Eisenhower Society for service clubs, civic organizations, church groups and others in the area that request a program.

Member Appreciation Reception: Adams County Historical Society, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Meet fellow Society members, enjoy light refreshments and see the new Eisenhower exhibit. 

80^th Anniversary of the End of World War II:  Brunch and panel discussion sponsored by the Eisenhower Society in partnership with the Adams County Historical Society as part of the Gettysburg Film Fest (May 8-11) commemorating the end of World War II.  

At Ease with the Eisenhower Society:   Join us for our new event, At Ease with the Eisenhower Society, at the World War II American Experience Museum. Learn some history, enjoy World War II music, have dinner, play trivia and win door prizes! World War II attire is welcome but not required.

World War II Weekend:  World War II living historians will encamp at the Eisenhower National Historic Site. Tours and demonstrations in the encampment.  World War II vehicles on display.  Family tent with family-friendly, World War II themed activities.   Learn about the home front.   Talks by authors, book signings, and more.  Meet World War II veterans. Eisenhower Birthday Commemoration: 12 Noon: Annual Dwight D. Eisenhower Society commemoration and wreath laying at the Eisenhower Statue, 300 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg College.  Awarding of Eisenhower Memorial Scholarships and ROTC Leadership Award. Free. 

1:00 p.m. Buffet Luncheon at the Dobbin House Restaurant, 89 Steinwehr Avenue, Gettysburg. Luncheon speaker to be announced. 

An Eisenhower Christmas: The Eisenhower Home will be decorated for Christmas.  Check the Eisenhower National Historic Site website for tour days and times. See PHOTOS here from previous years.
